[X2go-Dev] 3.99.0.0 on Win7 x64 (Was: [X2go-User] x2goclient version bumping -> 3.99.0.0)

Seems to work as good as 3.01-14 (well enough for me). I also start the
Xming 6.9.0.31 from the sf-project using
"-keyhook  -notrayicon -clipboard -logfile
C:/Users/morty/X2GO~1/xorg\xorg.log.0 -nodecoration"
thus allowing me to use alt-tab again. When hiding the windows-task-bar
I almost get full screen and also an easy way to get to my win-apps.

VcXsrv is not an option as the mouse wheel does not work.
