Tried replacing the above files with the latest from Cygwin, no luck.
Then tried replacing all relevant files with latest Cygwin versions,
still no luck. All tests done with 3.01-18 on Windows 7 x64 SP1
(Swedish language UI).

I've also installed 3.01-18 on Windows Server 2003 x64 SP2, works.
