Hi, Mike.  In discussing this with Phil, we decided on three.  The
explicit rootless gives us <ALT><TAB> capability while we suspect
multi-window does not.  I'm guessing we will move the entire X launch
until later in the process - once we have the session data.  We could
start multi-window early and then only start a new session if it is
rootless or fullscreen but that seems to be a waste. I'd imagine we will
start a new X for each session even if they are all multi-window.  At
least initially.  I'm not sure how complex it would be to check for an
existing multi-window instance before launching a new multi-window
instance.  Thanks - John
