Hello,

This can be a hardware problem, but I would advice you to try in such a
case if it helps if you close all browser windows of that user, e.g.
with:  "killall firefox-bin".

I have seen that flash in a website can make a session really very slow,
so slow that you cannot type anymore. If you close all browser-windows
you close all flash.

After closing the browser-windows, you can start the browser again. When
I am right, you can type again then.
