»x2go-discuss« would also be an alternative, a lot of projects use. Of
course only when you have the time to move the list.

PS: Sympa [1] is the alternative mailing list manager I was talking
about yesterday. Just search for DokuWiki to find information about the
integration of Sympa and DokuWiki, for example [2].
