[X2go-dev] portable Client - load Settings from file not from Registry (Win-Client)

Hi Tobias,

after the new release we'll develop a portable windows client (for the 
use on usb sticks and so on) which will not write to the windows 
registry or change anything outside the application directory.
This will be a sponsored development so it will be done with high priority.
At the moment, there is no way to change the configuration storage by an 
commandline option.
