This looks-like a NFS-server problem.
I asked you to post your /etc/exports file. Can you do?
(I am not intested in the commented part).
It would also be good to know a bit more about your network, maybe the
output of "ifconfig" and "route -n" as root.
What does "/etc/init.d/nfs-kernel-daemon start" say?

I have no problems with NFS after a reboot.

Did you change the IP's as I asked?
I told you, there are little network-related bugs in that PDF.
Can you connect with an x2go client to the x2go server?
(I mean without netboot).
