    x2gomatebindings.spec: change mate-file-manager-devel build dependency to caja-devel for newer distros.
    
    The package was renamed in Fedora and OpenSuSE a while ago, with virtual
    provides added for compatibility. Nowadays, these virtual provides are
    being phased out.
    
    Switch to caja-devel for FC25+ and OpenSuSE 13.2+.
