I have a shared host in Namecheap. I have SSH access, but no root, so no APT-GET.
I do have wsgi, with limited access to the httpd conf files, and do have access to .htaccess though.
Is there a precompiled static binary, or a python / php script I can use with apache?

The question is what you have in mind with your broker. If you need to distribute load between multiple X2GoServer instances, then you will need a central postgres (or MySQL) instance that all X2GoServers can talk to, and you will need to share home directories among them, too.
That doesn't sound feasible on a shared host where you don't even have root permissions.
If all you want to do is deploy a central configuration for one single X2GoServer, and all your users have SSH access on that server, then you might want to use the SSH-(rather than HTTP)-based Minibroker that was just committed to the X2Go Repo. It's still lacking a manpage, and thus, not packaged yet.
While there's no package for this yet, you should save it as /usr/local/bin/x2go-mini-sshbroker and chmod 755 it.
The broker URL would be --broker-url=ssh://yoursshusername@yourservers.dns.or.ip:/usr/local/bin/x2go-mini-sshbroker
And if you're using an SSH agent, you could add --broker-autologin to that.
I do wonder, though - if you don't have root, how did you manage to get X2GoServer installed?

I want to replace TeamViewer., to not use 3rd party services, to keep it "in house", and reduce costs.
I'm new to x2go, and just trying to find out the setup for this scenario.
I thought that each customer will be the server, I'll be the client, and to cross the NAT to NAT barrier via a "broker" on my server. To my usage it should've been a small piece of software.

I already have mysql on my server. No. That's not how a broker works, nor what it is made for. An X2Go session broker is meant for larger *central* setups, where all servers store their session info in the same database, and server load is balanced between them. For this to work in any way that would make sense, X2Go Servers, the Broker, the Database server, and the Fileserver for the homedirectories need to be on the same network.
There is no support to cross double NAT barriers, nor will there ever be.
This is because X2Go is not meant as a TeamViewer replacement.
While X2Go comes with some features that allow "watching" someone else's screen, and even taking over - this is not what it was made for.
And the performance of such a mirrored session is also lacking, compared to a native X2Go session.
I'm sorry, but you will have to go look elsewhere for a TeamViewer replacement. X2Go is not what you're looking for.
