I pushed the commit and updated the build system on the X2Go-WinBuilder VM to include PulseAudio 5.0.

All subsequent "nightly builds" will have PulseAudio 5.0.

Notes:

1. I am not submitting the attached patch for inclusion via this mailing list. I already have commit/push access. I will commit & push it once it is tested enough. It will be the commit for bug 422.
2. "--console" is enabled for x2goclient.exe, that's why you see a terminal open up when you launch X2Go Client. When 4.0.2.0 is released, this will be disabled.
3. If 4.0.2.0 were to be released tomorrow with this patch, the installer will be more like 24.8 MB, not 30.7 MB. This installer is larger because I included the pulseaudio source code, and because I included lots of unneeded pulseaudio modules (.DLL files.)
