Hello,
I was using the stock ubuntu xfreerdp, that was 0.8.2 and was evaluating freerdp 1.0 on another vm.
After last x2goagent update both of them produce the same problem.
Forget to mention in last email, i'm using x2go/stable ppa. Today i've tried with the nightly ppa and the problem persist.
Thanks for your help. I didn't make a backup of my previous VM and i can't rollback. <snip> Oops! I see it in the title - sorry - John

Hi, John,
i think that is related to the newest x2goagent and nx combo. Also i forget to say that the same script runs well with ssh -X with no problems whatsoever with freerdp. Could you please compare your xdpyinfo glxinfo xvinfo with the ones i provided in the first email? i think that there is a bug with current nx & x2goagent libs. Also when running x2goagent :80 & launching a xterm with xfreerdp -u a $server:$port it fails with bad windows, too.
This is my installed related packages.

Hi Helmer,
thanks for reporting this!!! I cross-post this to x2go-dev ML to make
sure that Alex gets notice of this.

We added Xinerama support to x2goagent/nxagent. It feels as if this
fails with xfreerdp.
With the latest version of x2goclient (nightly builds) you can
enable/disable the xinerama feature in the session profile (near the
other display settings like full screen, dpi, etc.). You also have to
install latest NX (aka x2goagent) on the server for this to work.
Could you check if disabling xinerama support in the session profile
will ship around your problem? If xinerama is already disabled in your
session profile, please test nonetheless. Before the option was
introduced (yesterday), it was enabled by default and not shown in the
session profile manager.

Hello Mike & all.
I've managed to test the required setup you have asked with one pitfall - i've updated both the server ( ubuntu oneiric ) and the client ( my laptop ) to the nigthly ppa, but on the client i'm running kubuntu precise fully updated. Both with xinerama ticked & not ticked gave me the same error.

Hello List,
I'm still having the same problem with latest windows client and latest x2go Linux Client.
Problem still exists with X2goclient 3.99.1.0 Win32 Client running on Windows XP, both with xinerama on or off.
Best wishes,
helmer.
