Let me first say that x2go is working very nicely. Most of our application are running just fine in multiwindows mode. But we notice that application that are base on the TCl/TK widget seem to be much slower in refreshing and even freezing all windows running over x2go. One the specific application is mentor graphic questasim. We also have internal application written in perl/tk that seem to slower compare to others. I have many different setting but nothing help. If i run in desktop mode the application work fine.
Any help would be appreciated.

There used to be a bug where if you had one X2go session and started another, sometimes it would tear down the first. As someone who has 16 virtual desktops and often a dozen x2go sessions going to different servers this used to be a real pain. But recently this behavior disappeared. I want to thank whoever fixed this!

I did not find to root cause of my problem with this specific application (questasim). But what i found is a bug on the mailing list that is exactly what i have . the bug is #475 https://bugs.x2go.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=475 <https://bugs.x2go.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=475> When starting this application i got realy high CPU load on the x2goagent process. One thing i have notice is that it is only append when it is running in published application. When running is desktop mode (MATE) the tool run fine. But we need to run in published application mode. We have try Xpra and this application run fine. But Xpra seem a bit slower in refreshing display(blurryness) and tool interation seem a bit slower also. So again any help would be appreciated. I can do some test but i do not know where to look and what to look for.
