Can you tell me how it is supposed to tell the display manager what the DPI is supposed to be? I'm using KDE.
This setting passes the desired DPI setting to the x2goagent (the xserver your session is running in). You check check this in the session by running "xdyinfo | grep dots". With "ps waux | grep $DISPLAY | grep x2goagent" you should see the dpi parameter being passed to the x2goagent. It _could_ be that KDE changes the setting itself on startup.
Does this answer your question?
Thanks!
