Greetings,
I am trying to use a cloud VM as my host. The host and guest are Linux.
Host: Ubuntu 22.04 server with mate-desktop and x3goserver installed
Guest: Fedora 35
When the guest connects, I get a desktop. In the upper left corner, I get a Menu. When I click on the menu, a sub-menu gets displayed. However, it disappears before I can select anything.
How can I make the menu work correctly, i.e., stay up until I select something?

I have seen this behavior sometimes, not sure how I got rid of it... Try activate the menu onse while holding Ctrl or Alt.
Although not mentioned on https://wiki.x2go.org/doku.php/doc:de-compat I have heard some claimed that disabling composition (like on xfce) also helps on mate.

Hi All,
I have a similar issue where all the windows get minimized via Single application mode. The issue happens with Windows and Linux client as well.
