Are there RPM repositories for nightly builds and the artica-project

where I can get the necessary fixes for Fedora 24 similar to those for Ubuntu 16.04? I have the exact same problem with Fedora 24 as I did with Ubuntu 16.04 where it wants a newer version of xrandr than 1.2.
