When users connect to our server via ssh or mosh, the "users" or "who" command work properly, and you can see the list of logged-in users.

However, when users connect via the x2go client (from Windows or Mac) - they do not appear in either "users" or "who".

Has anyone observed this problem and know how to fix it?
