The HTML5 client is currently more of a Proof of Concept and not production-ready. That's why you can only find it in our nightly repository (heuler). We are currently looking for sponsors that are willing to fund further development on this. If you have a budget for this, please let me know.

As for RPMs, that depends on the Linux distribution and version ...
