/usr/bin/x2gobroker works for me, even with ssh. What is the advantage of using the other one?
/usr/bin/x2gobroker-ssh is installed setuid x2gobroker-ssh.
-r-sr-x--- 1 x2gobroker x2gobroker-users 6136 Nov 28 14:45 /usr/bin/x2gobroker-ssh
If executing /usr/bin/x2gobroker still works, we should consider disabling it, if not evoked as user x2gobroker (or via the setuid bit).
I don't really get what the issue is, so please either take care of that task ("we should ...") right away, or file a bug explaining what the problem/issue is so it doesn't get lost. (I can't file it since I don't understand what you're talking about, sorry - and a bug saying nothing more than "Mike#2 sees a problem here that I can't explain" doesn't help.)

Also, I can't find /usr/bin/x2gobroker-ssh on my system.
sudo aptitude install x2gobroker-ssh (?)
Ah, separate package. Okay.
When will we see a stable release with the ssh broker included? *nag* ;-)
It is overdue, but there are still some open issues (lack SHADOW session support, lack of proper load balancing checks).
I see. So not quite production-ready, yet. Too bad. :-/
