It seems that your installation is having issues with either an executable or a package named x2gobroker-loadchecker.
Could you please run the following commands and post the output?
dpkg -l | grep x2gobroker
which x2gobroker-loadchecker
(I tried looking for a package x2gobroker-loadchecker on my Debian Jessie installation, there is no such package. It may well exist in Ubuntu. So before sending you on a wild-goose chase, I would like to know what exists on your system and what not. :-))
