Thank you Mike!
I am going to comprehend how this gentle thing works! I solved the problem. In the /etc/cups/cups-x2go.conf File I commented out the line
#ps2pdf = /usr/bin/gs -q -dCompatibilityLevel=1.4 -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -dSAFER -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile=\"$
Now printing works fine from WindowsClient!
Kind Regards, Bernhard

Hallo Mike! I would like to reopen the usb-printing-thing.
I have found the following line in the file /etc/cups/cups-x2goprinting.conf
printdsa = /root/.ssh/id_dsa-x2goprint
Yet in the folder /root/.ssh/ there is only one file: know_hosts Should there be a key-file in it? Is this the reason, why printing on the local printer via a x2go virtual printer doesn't work?
If X2Go server and CUPS server are on different machines, then: Yes,

~x2goprint/.ssh/authorized_keys
You also need the sudo line in /etc/sudoers as documented in our wiki.
Thanks, Bernhard
