I have the same problem, it has rendered my Win10 box useless as X2Go client.
I tried to clean everything with X2Go -tag before reinstall.

I am trying to use X2Go to access various servers from my Windows 10 64 Bit
laptop.  Occasionally it works great.  Mostly when trying to start a session
I receive the following error:  " X.Org Server did not launch correctly
after 4 tries.  Please check your installation."  I'm running Windows 10
Enterprise 64 bit Version 20H2 Build 19042.804.  I've tried uninstalling and
reinstalling, this does not fix the problem.  I've attached the output of
the debug log from when I've tried to run it this morning, but I'm having a
hard time deciphering it.  Any ideas on how to help resolve this would be
appreciated, this is a fantastic tool.
