same problem.

 

cd /usr/lib

find nx -name "*.so*" -exec ln -s {} . \;

 

solved it but thats a quickhack :)

 

seems that the LD_LIBRARY_PATH is not correct from the view of the x2goagent on server but i am no developer :)

I can only report that I have no problems with Ubuntu 10.04.4. Could 
you try with pyhoca-gui as X2Go client instead? Both server and 
pyhoca-gui as client have debug capabilities. Switch them on and 
return to the list with more debug output.
