Please try and see if
sudo apt remove -s libnx-x11-6:amd64 libx2go-log-perl
libx2go-server-db-perl libx2go-server-perl
libx2go-utils-perl nx-x11-common nxagent x2goserver
x2goserver-common x2goserver-x2goagent
x2goserver-xsession
will get you in a clean state. If it looks good, remove the "-s" and run it again.
After that,
sudo apt install x2goserver x2goserver-xsession
should get you running again. Install bindings etc. as needed.
