Please, i have a question!

I am migrating an internal server, from fedora 11 + freenxserver, to debian buster + x2go server.

The basic are working, but we have a custom application, it's a very simple application. I need to export xterm or gnome-terminal, and execute bash script, this script calls a simple text menu. 
The menu contains options, and this option calls some programs.

on the freenx server i can export terminal and other applications in floating and separate windows, but i can't do this on x2go.

When I access the x2go server from the x2go client, I can see all applications on 1 window only, like vnc access. 

It's possible to configure x2go server or client to float and separate windows?
