Fixing the bug could take weeks, so it would be good to roll back 1 version that seemed to be more stable while we wait.

You can switch to old versions using http://snapshots.packages.x2go.org/, but
these won't be available for a very long time. The retention policy is somewhat
complicated.

Even better would be to fix that problem, though...
