X connections carry a high payload. What it needs is integrating
the NX proto into Xorg (as a second way of transferring the X
stream).Any chance of throwing in a chromecast/airplay-like streaming video mirror in the process (w/h.264 compression and decent performance...)? That might stir up more interest.
We are currently working on some other solution for video playing...
