Can confirm, I had the same problem and upgrading nxagent fixed it.

I tried x2go on Debian 10 server with KDE desktop. Everything worked fine out of the box until 3 days later when I noticed the server disk was full:

I deleted the file and killed all processes of user "dozent" to free the disk space again.
can you give me any advice how to avoid or limit those messages?
