What OS do you use on the RPi? Raspbian?

When I start the client and make a connection the same as from my other client it just hangs. No session will open on the client and the gui stays grayed-out/disabled/no-focus like.
I increased the logging in the server side but that made no difference.
I started x2goclient with the --debug flag but I can't seem to find the source of the error message. But I do see an error message. I just don't know what to do with it.
