Does anyone know how to install additional fonts to X2Go?

I have a similar problem as Stéphane in thread: http://lists.x2go.org/pipermail/x2go-user/2013-January/001241.html

That is, I have a custom made somewhat old application that uses some fonts that x2go doesn't have (even if I install all fonts). When I use the commercial XServer Exceed, then the fonts are displayed correctly, X2Go uses some other fonts instead of the required ones.

How can I add the required fonts to X2Go that I have in the other X-Server?

I already tryed to copy over the font files to x2go's internal vcxsrv/fonts/... directory, but the xlsfonts command didn't show the new fonts.

Any idea? Some hints to install new fonts?
