I have had a similar issue with a customer in Denmark. I was provided
a login on their PXE boot server and I was not able to detect the issue.
However, I rebuilt a PXE image using the scripts in our main repos
area. I send a download link for this PXE chroot, privately. Please
try that one as chroot and see if login then works for you.
Maybe you can find the difference between your PXE chroot and mine...
That information, what is failing here for some who try X2Go TCE,
would be quite valuable.
