[X2Go-User] Font display issues with Motif and X2go

I have a GUI which gives different output when run under X2go and ssh -X or vnc.

In the attached image, the left window is running under X2go. The text overflows the buttons, text at ends of lines are truncated, and some text overlays adjacent text. The right window is running remotely using "ssh -X". When I connect to the remote system using tigervnc, the GUI displays correctly.

This looks like a problem with X2Go's X rendering. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
