Mike, I'd love to get involved as soon as I'm able.
Great!!!
However, even if I'm able to start learning Python, I have a few higher priority items:
- getting the PyHoca GUI running at all, even on Ubuntu 10.10 (Still does not actually bring up the window once connected)
Please run the GUI in --libdebug mode from the command line and send
the log output to me privately. Maybe that gives a hint.
- getting PyHoca GUI running on mac
Ohohoh... That's a real mission. Nobody has ever tried that so far...
- getting x2goserver running on Ubuntu 11.04 using Unity using any
x2go client
It works with Unity-2d-launcher... I am currently working on the docs
(making not as much progress as I would like)...
and then, it would be getting the PyHoca GUI running on Ubuntu 11.04 client.
That is from within the Unity shell. I am mostly Debianic, so if you
can contribute on the Ubuntu side that would be awesome!
I'll see if I can take a further look at some of this stuff within the next week or two.
Wonderful!!!
Mike
