How do I get sound to work in kde?
If I try Settings for the Phonon multimedia framework I only see the physical devices on the server.
If you're using a Linux client to connect, I suggest waiting for the 4.0.1.3 release (or alternatively pulling the nightly beta from the heuler repository), see: http://bugs.x2go.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=384
Might save you some headscratching as to why you don't hear a thing ;-)

OK. Will I expect to see an x2go device then when I look at kde settings?
You will see the same device that gets shown on the system where X2Go
Client runs on.
