[X2go-user] PyHoca-GUI win32 bundle installer

Hi there,

during the last two days Dick and I have created a bundle installer
for PyHoca-GUI.

The bundle contains:

PyHoca-GUI (incl. pulseaudio, nxproxy) VcXsrv 1.10.10.1 Ghostscript 9.01 (32bit) GSView 4.9 (32bit, needed for direct printing support)

For further info, please consult the README.WindowsInstaller in the
same folder...
