a) I have no idea why it does not work. Does it work when you leave out x2go and run terminal via ssh -X?

Regarding the session selection: you can create shortcuts that run the x2goxclient with one specific session via the command line option --session. You can disable changes to the session configuration with --no-session-edit. Just run x2goxclient --help to see an overview of the command line options.

Another thing, when opening x2goclient on windows or linux, we have several accesses configured all with custom command. Would it be possible to block this screen, so that the user cannot change the command? Sometimes the simple scroll of the mouse scrool ends up changing the configuration.
