No, there is only one instance, in the right directory:
$ find /usr/lib/x2go/extensions/ -maxdepth 2 -mindepth 1
| egrep "/[0-9] {3}_[[:alnum:]]+"
/usr/lib/x2go/extensions/post-resume.d/010_xmodmap
