On Centos 8 (and maybe other distros), nx-libs are installed under /usr/lib64/nx. x2gopath looks for them under /usr/local/lib/nx and returns an error when they are not found. Workaround: # cd /usr/local/lib/nx # ln -s /usr/lib64/nx/X11 Probably, x2gopath should be modified to look in both /usr/lib64 and /usr/local/lig.

no accessible desktop found

Hi everyone, I have an issue with some of the machines I try to connect to. I set "connect to local desktop" to see other users sessions, but on some of the machines whose I try to connect (all of them has the same packets installed), I receive "no accessible desktop found", if I try instead "XFCE", I can establish a connection and have my own graphical environment. I would like to know the possible causes for this strange behavior. Thanks in advance. Best Regards. G

processes sleep on suspend

I've used x2go on linux (Fedora) for years and never experienced this before. I just setup a new workstation. When I suspend a session, the running processes started by it seem to sleep. A bit of googling suggested I need to edit /etc/x2go/x2goagent.options setting: X2GO_NXOPTIONS="sleep=0" I hope this helps: it hasn't yet. Will this only take effect after I terminate the current session and start a new one? -- *Those who don't understand recursion are doomed to repeat it*

ssh alive interval

Dear x2go users, Could somebody help me, please? I use Windows x2go client solution. From time to time there are network collisions and x2go client breaks and should be restarted. Server's sshd part is configured in order to keep alive ssh sessions. Other Windows ssh clients which have evident possibility for alive keeping timeout definition are configured too and restore ssh connectivity after network problem (ssh sessions are not broken). Unfortunately, I have not found where I can set correspondent timeout value for x2go client. So, where can I set the alive keeping timeout for x2go Windows client? Best regards, Yury

X2GO Broker sshfs mount

Hello, I have trouble with mount client dir from client to server. In x2gobroker session I try different value for export options. But it's not work or work like this x2gomountdirs: executing: timeout 30 sshfs -o idmap=user,uid=`id -u`,gid=`id -g`,default_permissions,ServerAliveInterval=300,IdentityFile=/home/X2GO/usertest1/.x2go/ssh/key.a26972,UserKnownHostsFile=/home/X2GO/usertest1/.x2go/ssh/key.a26972.ident "tod"@127.0.0.1:"/cygdrive/" "/tmp/.x2go-usertest1/media/disk/_cygdrive_" -p 36339 Can you help me with right value for export option in session profiles?

How can I resize windows?

Greetings. I use X2Go to run individual applications remotely. For as long as I can remember (seven or eight years, at least), I've never been able to resize these remote windows by dragging their edges with the mouse pointer. Whenever I try to do this, the window size increases by a few pixels at most and then stops. Is there some trick to this or is this a known bug? If it's a bug, is it a problem in X2Go or in my local window manager? (My client is running KDE Plasma and whatever its default window manager is -- KWin, I guess.)
