Folder sharing does not work with x2goclient

Hi list, While folder sharing works fine using pyhoca-cli, it does not work at all with x2goclient. This is what sshd says on the client side when trying to "share" a folder from the gui: May 8 13:55:43 uranus sshd[23908]: Connection from 127.0.0.1 port 51821 May 8 13:55:43 uranus sshd[23908]: Connection closed by 127.0.0.1 [preauth] mount's output on the server side does not show anything interesting. I am running Ubuntu precise (12.04), both on the client and the server. Do you have any hints on how to debug this further? Mac OSX and keyboard

Hello, Is X2goclient working on Mac OSX? I read some messages that there are keyboard problems. Not sure they are gone. Xwin start failure: unsafe environment error

Hello, I am running 3.99.2.1 on Win-7 64 bit, accessing a Linux desktop locally. Worked fine for a while although I some time got an error which is not persistent: when connecting to the session I get: Xserver aborted due to an unsafe environment. Win was started with the following command line: (null). A quick google of the error brings me to the parsing the args of the x-server. Is the x-server being started with a wrong command line ? Is this an x2go issue or xwin ? If any one can tell me how to collect more info, much appreciated. Thanks Gertjan

X2go-broker problem

Hi all, I need to install a load balancing system and I know that is possible with x2go-broker. I have already installed and configured x2go-broker on a server and when I try to inicialice the app with this command: x2goclient --broker-url=http://server:8080/plain/inifile/ It is open in two windows. One with the toolbar and another one with the desktop. I tried to modify some options in /etc/x2go/broker/x2gobroker-sessionprofiles.conf but I have no success. ------------------------x2gobroker-sessionprofiles.conf......................... can't connect to the server

Hi, i'm using X2go for the first time. First i was searching for the x2goserver-xsession package, but you wrote it is included in the x2goserver-rpm. OK. Thanks. Next proplem: I can not connect. I got a message like: "Access denied. Authentication that can continue: publickey,keyboard-interactive" I found a solution here: http://www.linux-club.de/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=116048 . The above mentioned message disappeared, but i get a new one: http://filecloud.io/n7qfv9c4 . Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Font not found

Hello, I've set up the most recent x2go version on a CentOS6 system (Desktop: Gnome). It runs out of the "box" and it looks pretty good, except one thing: Some fonts are not found. At least one of our tools gives e.g. the following error message: * Unable to find font name: "-*-courier-medium-r-*-*-12-*" When using VNC this message is not displayed, so the font is be available on the system. Enabling the "debug" loglevel didn't give additional messages in the log file(s). Has anybody an idea how to make this font(s) known to X2Go? I might give you some further informations if needed/wanted... Thank you very much. Best regards, Markus

Space key behaves like ctrl-alt-f (switch fullscreen)

Hi, suddenly the space key behaves like ctrl-alt-f (switch fullscreen). I run ubuntu12.04 on the client and on the server with the repository from x2go/stable. I did a reboot of client and server and a software update, but it is still the same. Any hints? The keyboard is not the problem, I can work on the client PC like usual. Regards, Thomas

Problem with Pulseaudio

Hallo, here is a problem with pulseaudio, maybe someone can assist me. Right now I cannot access my X2Go & check myself. - as soon as sound is activated from inside the client it does not work within the session for this user. The pulseaudioserver does no longer get a connection and the volume fader is greyed out. The sound cannot be restored by de-selecting sound for that session.
