(2) should all be in IRC so that we can share URLs etc. with each other
(3) agree on someone responsible for a typed protocol that gets
sent to the ML(s) later

Today I arrived at home very lately, so I'm going to finish the wiki page for our conference tomorrow morning. The site is already accessible:

It contains a TogetherJS co-browsing button. Thus, the actions of all participants of the conference will be visible and it'll be possible to talk to each other. Language is the natural human communication and he most productive way to transport knowledge. Whether the new media are suitable for our plan - we'll find out.

I would recommend a split screen setup - as written before, our irc channel will be starting point, fall-back and logging space.
