For us IT people, UTC is a fine pseudo-timezone to use for finding international time slots IMHO. So why make this more complex than it already is?
I've changed this to UTC+01:00 two days ago on the wiki page. UTC+00:00 itself is a little bit problematic due to summer time in the US and Europe.
