I just checked the availability of the latest nx-libs packages for
Debian and realized that they did not make it into the archive.
Last uploaded packages dated back 06/20/2015.
When checking on packages.x2go.org (aka ymir), I found the below:

I removed the stale lock file and archive imports work ok again now.
I have never seen such an issue before (shrug shoulders...). But you
maybe want to keep an eye on that from time to time.
