[X2Go-Project] Setting up a VcXsrv build environment on the WInBuilder VM

Hi guys,

I intend to setup a VcXsrv build environment on the WinBuilder VM so that other people can build VcXsrv also. The steps are described here: https://github.com/ArcticaProject/vcxsrv/blob/release/1.17.0.0-x/building.tx...

Do note that that there is a risk of me breaking the X2Go Client Windows builds, especially because I have to add things to the PATH. If they are broken, I will fix them ASAP.

In terms of Visual Studio, I will install Community Edition. It is new and has the same features as Professional, but is free-of-charge for open source development (even at a for-profit company.)

I would like to do this work on Thursday or Friday.
