I'm leaving the non-working variable in with a description of what's wrong and added a hardcoded path to the web interface, but the URL will change in a few days anyway (I plan to drop the /mailman3/ prefix and make it available at the root URL, with only the old mailman 2.1 archives surviving).
A full description of what changed, user-visible changes and heads-up will be posted to all lists at a later date when everything is stabilized and ready.
