Hi all,
I am currently introducing a new xserver add-on package:
x2goserver-xsession. The package will add Xsession script processing
for X2Go desktop sessions.
My personal context of the package is: load X desktop-profiles on X2Go
session startup -> show Skolelinux/Debian Edu customized menu/desktop
profiles in X2Go sessions when connecting to a Debian Edu terminal
server.
The first draft is currently building for nightly builds (X2go Debian
repos). As this is a new x2goserver feature, the x2goserver package
from nightly builds might be a bit wobbly for the next upcoming days.

The new x2goserver-xsession code is ready for testing... Debian
packages are currently building, Ubuntu packages will be available
tomorrow (approximately).

Hi Mike.
Can you elaborate a bit on what this does?
This sounds like it might fix the issue of x2go showing stock Xfce desktop settings instead of Xubuntu-specific ones on Xubuntu.
Currently I'm working around this by having x2go call a custom script that does "export XDG_CONFIG_
DIRS='/etc/xdg/xdg-xubuntu:/etc/xdg'" before the usual "exec /usr/share/
xubuntu/session.sh".
Thanks.

Mike,
I've added the nightly PPA and installed x2goserver-xsession on my Xubuntu box (plus upgraded to the nightly versions of the other x2go packages). How do I now configure the Windows x2go client to take advantage of x2goserver-xsession?
Thanks,
