I told ThunderBird with the EnigMail extension to send the email about CVEs being mitigated by "-nolisten TCP" twice because the 1st time produced an error message. For whatever reason, the 1st time it was sent, but it was sent encrypted. The 2nd time, it was sent successfully, and was signed.
