Hallo!

I'am trying to install an ldap environment for x2go at gentoo. I'm using the ebuilds at http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=249600 (I want to test the ebuilds, so that they can go into the overlay). But I'am not really satisfied with the installation.

I removed my x2go-BaseDn.

1. The x2go-kcontrol-modules not uses the rootbinddn, but everytime they use cn=ldapadmin,x2goBaseDN
2. It is somehow possible to specify a different dn for the different sections
   (users, groups, hosts, ON)? Because I use an ldap structure where groups, hosts and users are below different ou,s. At libnss-ldap.conf it is possible, but is it possible to use with x2go-kcontrol-modules too?
3. Which options can I specify at /etc/x2go/x2goldaptools.conf
4. The create process of a user at kcontrol doesn't work for me. Ldap says: "bdb_dn2id("uid=test,ou=people,x2goBaseDN") <= bdb_dn2id: get failed: DB_NOTFOUND: No matching key/data pair found
   (-30989) bdb_modify: dn2entry failed (-30989)" But creating groups and hosts works fine.
5. It is possible to specify a login with passwort for the ldap server at the qt-client?
