Maybe it is an idea to change the reply-adres to the list. This makes it more easy to reply to the list, and not to the individual who send it.
Heinz can change this in the Mailman configuration.
Good idea?

I've changed the value for the list even if the configuration says:
----8<----------
Where are replies to list messages directed? Poster is strongly recommended for most mailing lists.
----8<----------
You may try replying this mail to check if the configuration works... (I hope so).
