I have this issue which I am connecting to two hosts and they have the same DISPLAY ports "50". The simple solution is to edit the "x2gostartagent" on the server which works.
But I have seen this post: http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.linux.terminal-server.x2go.devel/10174
Which contains some kind of randomization of ports but I am unsure if x2goagent was patched with it or not, what is the status of this bug? What is required for it to work?

Personally, I think that this issue requires fixing in X2Go Client.
Please use PyHoca-GUI for a test run and check if the problems occurs
with PyHoca-GUI [1], as well.

I didn't new about PyHoca-GUI and it seems to do the trick. But It took me couple times to somehow make it work as expected. At the start it got stuck every time that I connected to a more then two services but eventually it works.
Thanks! Eliezer
