Ok, please enable the XFIXES extension. This can be done in /etc/x2go/x2goagent.options

Ensure that you find +extension XFIXES in there:

X2GO_NXAGENT_DEFAULT_OPTIONS+=" +extension XFIXES"

I suspect that your client is too old. What is it's version? What nx-libs are included there?
