This is a known issue when using sqlite as a database backend. Only
alternative to avoid auth.log being spammed by sudo log entries is
setting up a local postgresql server as database backend.
A howto has been posted by Alex to this mailing list: http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.terminal-server.x2go.devel/1381/match=x...

Reinhard,
What's happened in your ppa with x2goprint? Are you thinking to include this feature?

Hi Ricardo,
as x2goprint has not yet been ported to the new sbit-scheme. Patches are welcome. :) Having a look at the x2goserver-scripts is probably a good place to start.
Cheers Morty

TBH, since x2goprint is 'just' a small script, I'd vote for installing it uncondtionally from the x2goserver package.
Alex, Heinz? Opinions?

If you may take a look into the unofficial
yet-needs-to-be-discussed-in-public bugtracker:
http://code.x2go.org/horde4/whups/ticket/?id=25
http://code.x2go.org/horde4/whups/ticket/?id=43
The patch there at least makes x2goprint work with x2goserver
3.0.99.x, but x2goprint with the patch does still use sudo. Esp.
ticket #25 should be taken into consideration when re-working
x2goprint (NFS4/Kerberos - root currently needs access to homes for
x2goprint to work, which is not a general case on most larger setups).
Having a look at the x2goserver-scripts is probably a good place to start.
Yes indeed. As x2goprint uses another posix group (in sudoers) we
should only discuss, how to work around this...
